At school last week, Mrs. Smith's 9th grade English class hosted a Medieval Faire. It was complete with an archery tournament. WOW!!!

A Lovely Shower...

Last weekend we threw a lovely shower for my sister. It was a Bed, Bath & Beauty (home decor) wedding shower with a Japanese flare. She was showered with wonderful gifts and tidings from family and friends.

Truly "Dancing Among the Stars"

Wow! What an enchanted evening. When I was asked to photograph a charity event where the world champions of Latin and Smooth Ballroom Dancing were performing, I was excited (and a little scared). Couples danced into the night and the champions put on two breath-taking performances. What a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Emily & Trevor

This past Saturday, Emily and Trevor tied the knot in a beautiful, intimate ceremony. Friends and family arrived under bright umbrellas to celebrate with the couple. Congratulations Emily and Trevor!

Generations

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a four generation session for my soon-to-be sister-in-law's family. We had a great time with these sassy ladies.

Welcome to the Family!

We would like everyone to meet Annie (brown) & Sarah (white with brown spots), the two new members of our family. They were born on July 4th of this year. They are sisters and are Border Collie/Daschund mixes. Annie is going to be a lap dog. She has a very quiet, gentle nature. Sarah is more energetic and playful. They are both wonderful blessings that we have wanted for 4 years. August 16th we are celebrating our 4th Anniversary. These little angels are our presents to each other. If you are in the neighborhood, Annie and Sarah would love for you to drop by! (And bring a treat, of course!)

Smith/Howard Engagement Session

Well, my little brother is getting married next May. I cannot begin to express how excited I am for him. He has become an amazing man that I am blessed to have as a brother. And, he has found a magnificent wife. Apryl is one the the sweetest, kindest, and most beautiful women I have ever known. Adam is a blessed man. I was so thrilled to shoot their engagement photos. We had an amazing first day of shooting in Lubbock and then driving to a private ranch outside of Post. Here is a sneak peak of that day. Adam & Apryl, congratulations! I am so thrilled for you guys! Jessica's Graduation

Well, my beautiful sister (in-law) graduated from Texas Tech University August 6th. I am so proud of her. Of course, she looked lovely in her black, polyester gown with matching hat and tassle. Congrats Jess! Love you!!!
