Xtreme NYC - Day 2

Today was our first official day of learning at the seminar. What a day - I got to meet so many people that I admire in the photography world. Everyone here is awesome - it's like family! So, we had sessions all morning and photographed models in the afternoon. Here are a few of my favorites:

Wow... amazing photos! And what a fabulous studio to shoot in! Keep up the great work!

Quick question... When you are shooting those night time city shots are you using a tripod? What settings are you on? They are just so clear and sharp. Great Job!
thanks

Stevie,

Thanks! In regard to the evening shots, each shot was different. I didn't use a tripod at all. Times Square is so bright that it is like daytime almost. My shots range in ISO from 200 - 1000 depending on how bright the buildings were. I did the motion shots at 1/6 of a second. Most of the others were at 1/80 or so.

Hope that answers your question.

Wow!! These images are so FABULOUS! What a killer studio too. Oh, I'm sooo jealous. I would love to be in NYC right now at a Jessica Claire seminar.

The little girl is so cute. I really love the one where she is jumping and it looks like she is floating!! Also the black and white one because she looks like a little grown-up.
